APS is a family business, owned and operated by Steve and Margo Tockerman. Steve began his career in the medical billing service as a Lytec software trainer. Margo started out as a billing specialist for a large medical practice. We combined our individual skills to form APS Billing over 20 years ago.
Our mission was to provide affordable billing solutions with custom packages and friendly responsive customer service, and clients feel confident knowing they’re taken care of by people who understand what running a business is really like.
Anyone can bill, but we do it better with great customer service!
Margo handles all onboarding and makes the transition to APS Billing easy. She also handles all your credentialing needs.
We don't charge setup fees, and we can have you on the right track in just a few days.
Steve is in charge of making sure all charges go out correctly. You will get the charge information directly to him. Don't be surprised to get emails in the middle of the night. He's a night owl.

Ashleigh has been a member of our team since 2017. She is your point of contact for any verification of benefits. Ashleigh can also answer your questions about the way a claim is processed. She's a "Jill-of-all-trades" when it comes to claims!
